Balder F280

I have had this top of the range chair for 4 years. It is extremely good indoors & out. I bought it because it has a good elavating height taking you to eye level with someone standing. The chair was the only one at the time that performed well with my weight. It's very manouverable being front wheel drive, but beware the rear castors as they can & do catch you unawares causing damage or injury? the chair does give you a lot of independence.

Bad points are its heavy & expensive just under £13000.

There is no independant braking system only the electro magnetic one.

Good points I wouldn't be without it. It goes almost anywhere, upto 6kph. You can have it fitted with every thing, lights, horn, hazards & indicators. Even lie down & go to sleep in it. Back up service could be better but responds well in an emergency.
