Ii's a tough machine & I had very little problems with it. Service is exellent they will have all the parts to fix it right in your home & you can't beat the warranty.

Negative Points

loud mortors.squeaky seat & casters. The Vinyl seats get bumps on the heat seams. That gets a little uncomfortable. It only does about 4mph.

Extremely rugged and durable! Lasts YEARS beyond other chairs! Headligts, Tail lights, Blinkers/Hazards, Tilt/Recline/Elevate!!! Extremely Bariatric user friendly!!!! ALL Weather Friendly as well!!!

Negative Points

Nothing except for its weight. It can be quite heavy (but what do you expect for something that is so durable??)

This puts every american made electric wheelchair to shame! American made wheelchairs only seem to be designed to be used indoors/on flat surfaces; while this beautiful durable chair is designed to be used EVERYWHERE!!!

Not good for people with smaller vehicles and camber does not adj on wheels

Good starter for a rigid frame chair if your tight on money and rough on chairs.
